The Brembo: Brake System Academy 2.0 represents an innovative project that embodies the essence of technological excellence and the sharing of knowledge in the braking systems sector. Brembo has always considered its know-how to be an invaluable asset to be shared with industry professionals, recognizing that continuous training and constant technical updates are essential to maintaining high standards of safety and performance. This commitment has materialized in a series of illustrations and educational videos, created in collaboration with Quid and PTB Produzioni Televisive, which have brought the Brake System Academy 2.0 project to life.

The initiative is not only a demonstration of Brembo's technical expertise but also a journey into the technological core of the company, designed to engage and train professionals in the aftermarket industry. The video series tells the story of various characters who encounter problems with the braking systems of their vehicles. Guiding them through this educational adventure is Gianni, the expert mechanic and symbolic face of Brembo, who patiently and precisely explains every detail of the braking system, revealing the secrets of its components, their functionality, and ideal maintenance practices.

In his high-tech workshop, Gianni is never alone: by his side is a robotic assistant that, through 3D projections and detailed infographics, helps visually illustrate the most complex concepts. This combination of technology and teaching makes each video not only informative but also engaging, allowing professionals to fully immerse themselves in the world of Brembo brakes.

The creative process behind this project was meticulous and required an entire year of work. Brembo provided all the necessary technical documentation, which Quid then translated into a detailed textual storyboard. I was entrusted with the task of overseeing the entire illustrative part, bringing the characters, the workshop, and the technical elements to life. PTB Produzioni Televisive then animated these illustrations, transforming them into a dynamic and functional visual product.

The final result is a highly valuable educational tool, capable of communicating technical and complex concepts through clear and captivating images. This project demonstrates how technological innovation and training can go hand in hand to ensure excellence and safety on the road.
