It was a great pleasure and honor for me to be chosen by Overmob and Samsung to collaborate on these two tablet applications, designed and created specifically for children. The two stories bring to life and animate two of my beloved works: The Wolf's Ballad and if Little Red Riding Hood. Each page of these digital fairy tales is filled with animated characters that speak in either Italian or English, offering a multitude of interactive and sound elements for little ones to enjoy and learn from.

The Wolf's Ballad, winner of the Faber Award in 2013, is based on the printed version of the same name, published in May 2011. The digital adaptation retains the vibrant colors and clean graphic style that made the book a joy for children. Rich in interactive elements, it invites children to discover what lies behind each object. The music, narration, and sound effects captivate the child's attention, involving them in the story and making them active participants. We believe that unguided interaction stimulates curiosity, and the use of both languages is an invaluable added bonus. Children can play with the fearsome black-cloaked Wolf, discover what hides behind each object, and listen to the nursery rhyme that tells his tale.

Little Red Riding Hood also stems from a personal project I self-produced in 2010 and follows the same engaging model of interaction. This revisited version of the classic tale flips the roles, reversing the parts of pursuer and pursued. Compared to The Wolf's Ballad, this story includes additional interactive questions that children must answer to continue, making the experience even more immersive. Listening to the story of Little Red Riding Hood and the black-cloaked wolf, children can play with them and answer questions to quickly bring the treats hidden in the basket to Grandma.

Both apps are available for download on the Samsung Store and Google Play, ready to transform screen time into a magical adventure filled with learning and fun.
