I created storyboards and a video for Consorzio Tecnologico Linea 4.0, focusing on the implementation of the Electronic Kanban system in warehouse management. The Kanban card, traditionally a key element in regulating the entire process of material handling and supply, identifies each product with its specific characteristics.

Currently, many companies still rely on a manual Kanban system, as shown in the first part of the video. Although effective, this system is time-consuming and resource-intensive. The innovative proposal from Consorzio Tecnologico Linea 4.0 introduces a fully electronic or semi-electronic Kanban. With this advanced system, when the warehouse needs new materials, a simple click or the manual insertion of the Kanban into an RFID reader automatically initiates a process that sends the request to the supplier and manages the delivery.

This evolution not only makes warehouse management more efficient but also reduces error margins and optimizes the entire operational flow. Along with the video, I included some storyboard images that illustrate the smooth transition from the manual to the electronic system, highlighting the tangible benefits of this innovation.
